Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging (for hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can’t be returned unless defective). To start a return, email us with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
